Decide go / no-go

Go/no-go in Orbid AI is decision support: red lines, eligibility, and risks structured for humans. Orbid never awards contracts or submits bids—you own bid/no-bid, commercial terms, and final judgment. You want structured decision support—red lines, readiness, risks—before investing days of fill work. You provide tender files in session (match helps but is not always required for a first pass).
