Orbid AI documentation

Orbid AI (formerly MedStrato) is a native AI agent for medical-device bid work. You open a session, give Orbid tenders and product context, and delegate a job in plain language. Orbid runs a tool loop—reading the package, matching a product, flagging gaps, filling forms, drafting deliverables—while you own go/no-go, pricing, sign-off, and buyer submission.
Delegate the work. Own the judgment.

Quickstart

First session: upload a tender, say what you want, review the result.

How the agent works

Sessions, tool loops, phases, and when Orbid waits on you.

Common workflows

Match, go/no-go, fill Excel, generate matrices—task by task.

What to say

Copy-paste prompt patterns in English and Chinese.

Product site

Features, pricing pointers, and book a demo.

Trust and judgment

Evidence, residuals, and what you must still review.

What you can do

Working with the agent

  • Agents (sessions) — Where you talk to Orbid and run work
  • Library — Files the agent can read and attach
  • Knowledge — Org lessons and notes the agent can query
  • Memory — What carries across work (never over tender truth)
  • Review — Residuals and human QC queues

For specialists

Deep definitions and tool ids live under Concepts, FAQ, and Tools reference—useful when you need precision, not for day-one onboarding. Pricing and marketing metrics: orbid.dev only (pricing, llms.txt).

Formerly MedStrato

Orbid AI was previously known as MedStrato. Prefer orbid.dev for product links during migration.
