Use **Review** when residuals or drafts need human owners—before submission.

## How to use

1. After fill, clear residual / flagged cells.
2. Assign hard limits and commercial lines to humans.
3. Ask Orbid to review the bid after export if needed.
4. Correct product facts, then rematch/refill—do not invent tender answers.
