# Scan a tender package

> Delegate tender analysis to Orbid AI: upload files, ask for requirements and deadlines, confirm interpretation.

# Scan a tender package

Scanning means uploading a tender package and asking Orbid AI to extract requirements, hard limits, and deadlines from the files—so you understand the bid before matching a product. Orbid reads what is in the package; it does not invent missing clauses.

You want a structured read of the tender—key requirements, categories, deadlines—before matching a product.

You provide tender files in an [Agents session](/guides/workspace/agents-sessions) (Excel multi-sheet forms are common).

## What to say

```text theme={null}
Analyze this tender package. Extract key technical requirements,
administrative hard limits, and deadlines. Tell me what is still ambiguous.
```

```text theme={null}
分析这份标书，提取关键技术要求、硬性资格条件和截止时间，并指出仍不清晰的地方。
```

```text theme={null}
What does the tender say about warranty and local service?
```

## What Orbid does

1. Reads uploaded files
2. Structures requirements and form signals (including cellmap for Excel when applicable)
3. Answers questions **from the package**

## What you review

* Ambiguous clauses (ask follow-ups; do not invent)
* Whether the right sheets/files were included
* Ready to [match a product](/guides/workflows/match-and-review-gaps)?

## Tips

* Re-scan after replacing files
* Prefer outcome language (“analyze tender”) over internal tool names
