> Use Orbid AI for go/no-go decision support on medical-device tenders. Humans still decide bid or no-bid.

# Decide go / no-go

Go/no-go in Orbid AI is **decision support**: red lines, eligibility, and risks structured for humans. Orbid never awards contracts or submits bids—**you** own bid/no-bid, commercial terms, and final judgment.

You want structured decision support—red lines, readiness, risks—before investing days of fill work.

You provide tender files in session (match helps but is not always required for a first pass).

## What Orbid does

* **Full go/no-go style assessment** — Deeper decision support report path
* **Quick eligibility / “do we qualify”** — Lightweight pre-check—**not** the same as a full report

Orbid **does not** award contracts or submit bids.

## Checklist (human)

1. Hard limits (registration, local presence, mandatory certs)
2. Technical coverage after formal match
3. Acceptable deviation policy
4. Commercial viability (you price)
5. Capacity and deadline
6. Strategic value

## What you review

* Treat output as **decision support**
* Confirm red lines with RA/commercial owners
* Record no-bid reasons for learning
