**Orbid AI (formerly MedStrato)** is a **native AI agent** for medical-device bid operations. You work in an **Agents session**: upload tender packages, speak in natural language, and Orbid uses tools to scan, match, assess, fill, and draft. **Your organization owns judgment and submission.**

## What “native agent” means here

Orbid is **not** a static form wizard, a generic chatbot, or software that awards contracts by itself.

It **is** a conversation plus tool loop for medical-device bids: domain tools for tenders, catalogs, matrices, and Excel fill, with **decision support**, evidence, and residuals for humans to own.
