Go/No-Go skills provide structured decision support (red-line style assessment and report framing). Final bid/no-bid is always a human commercial decision.

## When to use

## Prerequisites

Requires tender files. Full report path differs from lightweight `check_eligibility`.

**Your organization** owns final bid content, commercial strategy, regulatory sign-off, and submission. Orbid provides decision support and drafts—not award guarantees.

## Professional notes

* Prefer `check_eligibility` for quick JSON-style pre-check; `run_gonogo` for fuller assessment.
* Do not call score simulation in the same turn as gonogo when tooling forbids it.
