# Does Orbid submit bids?

> Orbid AI does not submit bids to buyers or award contracts. Humans own go/no-go, pricing, sign-off, and buyer submission.

# Does Orbid AI submit bids?

**No.** Orbid AI helps scan tenders, match products, fill forms, and draft deliverables. It does **not** submit packages to the buyer portal, award contracts, set final prices, or replace legal/regulatory sign-off. Humans own go/no-go, commercial terms, and submission.

## What Orbid can do

* Structure requirements and gaps
* Draft filled Excel and matrices
* Support go/no-go analysis
* Export drafts for download

## What Orbid does not do

* Submit to buyer systems
* Guarantee a win or full compliance
* Replace RA or legal judgment
* Award contracts
