Tender responses should ground values in product documentation or catalog fields. **The bidder organization owns final content, strategy, and submission**—not the software.

## Everyday

If Orbid cannot cite a source, leave residual or add human-approved text—do not invent.

* **Prefer sourced values** — Datasheet / certificate / catalog field
* **Empty > invented** — Residual workflow
* **Human sign-off** — RA/commercial/legal as required
